Our custom limited edition lost-wax bronze children's garden statue, "Fly Away, Friend" is a favorite sculpture amongst our . Beautifully designed from the realistic movement and texture in the little girl's dress and hair to the intricate detailing in the bird's feathers as its wings are spread outward. Inspired by our original design "Fly Away, Friend", this new rendition features a young African American girl releasing her flying companion - encouraging and highlighting inclusivity and diversity among youth and communities.

The child extends her right arm upward above her head as she holds the bird in her hand while the bird prepares to take off with the wings spread open for flight. The life-sized child and lifelike bird together make an adorable and inspiring children's sculpture that will be an eye-catching statue at any park, home, school, garden, library, courtyard, camp, or public and community spaces. The uplifting and symbolic releasing of the bird up to the sky makes our Celebrate Diversity edition of "Fly Away, Friend" a heartwarming statue as well for ceremonies and memorials. Featured on-site in Concordia, Kansas, Bayonne, New Jersey, Piggott, Arkansas and Hopkinsville, Kentucky!
